1 20oz. can chunk pineapple ( in it's own juice) save juice
1 11oz. can mandarin oranges, save juice
1 package vanilla sugar-free cook and serve pudding
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
3 bananas sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges putting the juice in a glass bowl, stir the pudding mix into the juice and cook in microwave on high power for 4 minutes. While pudding is cooking, combine the fruit in a large bowl. Pour the hot pudding mixture over the fruit. Chill for 30 minutes.

This was a very good recipe I got when going to weight watchers. Serving size=1 cup---1.5 points per serving.
