Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pkg. any size flour tortillas
Canola oil (may need to keep adding more depending on number of tortillas you are frying)
Cinnamon sugar
Whipping cream, whipped
Berries, your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare paper towels to place fried tortillas on to absorb extra oil. Heat oil in deep skillet for about 4 minutes. Use tongs to place tortilla into hot oil and tongs to remove. It is ready to remove when it has bubbled up and is browned. Remove to paper towel, place layer of paper towels over and continue frying remainder.

When ready to serve sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixed 1 cinnamon to 2 sugar. Top each tortilla with whipped cream and fruit. Or may serve broken up with cinnamon sugar mixture sprinkled on top, or cut tortillas into desired shapes, then cook in hot oil and garnish.
