1 bag frozen broccoli
1 1/3 cup sliced celery
1 can cream mushroom soup
8oz sour cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
sm jar pimentos
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook broccoli per package directions. (Include the celery if you prefer it cooked tender.) Mix soup, sour cream, pimentos, salt and pepper together. Add cooked broccoli and celery to mixture. Turn into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese bubbles.
