Ingredients: 2 Packages of Cotto Salami 1-2 packages of Cream Cheese

Directions:Take the container of Salami - Take out 4-5 slices and spread the cream cheese on a slice of salami and then put another slice of salami on top and continue as if you were making a sandwich. Remember the outside of the top and bottom will not have cream cheese.
Continue this until you have used all of the salami.
You should have 3-5 circles of salami/cream cheese. Just put them back in the salami containers and then place in the refrigerator.
Allow then to chill and set for 1-2 hours. Take out of the container and cut with a sharp knife like a checker board. Place tooth picks in each section that you cut. You should be able to get 10-15 pieces out of each group. Place on a platter and wow your guests with all of your hard work. |
