15 large Mushrooms
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing
1 can of Cream of Mushroom
1 pkg of Mozzarella shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the mushrooms, remove their stems & tops in a separate bowls.

Cook the stove top stuffing per their directions on the box. Chop up the stems and cook them in a little butter in a skillet. Mix the cooked stems and stove top together with the Cream of Mushroom soup.

Spray your glass baking dish with a non stick spray. Take a spoon and put the mixture in the tops of the mushrooms and place in baking dish.
Once the mushrooms are filled then sprinkle the tops with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or until Mushrooms are done.
