1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup crushed saltines
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all of the ingredients. In 12 x 8" baking dish, shape meat into 8 x 4 inch loaf. Drizzle with additional ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat.
