Ingredients:
1/2 c. Shortening
2 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Margarine
2 1/2 c. Water (divided)
2 pkgs. Dry Yeast
1 tsp. Sugar
7 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour
3 Large Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine shortening, salt, sugar and margarine. Pour 1 c. boiling water over and stir until well blended. In small bowl sprinkle yeast and 1 tsp. sugar over 1/2 c. very warm water (105º-115º). Stir to mix. Let rest 5 minutes. To mixture in large bowl add flour, eggs, yeast mixture (yeast gets foamy) and 1 c. cold water. Stir to mix well. Dough will be sticky. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 5 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator and divide into fourths. On floured surface, roll 1/4 into 11" round. Brush lightly with melted margarine. Using pizza cutter cut dough into 8-12 wedges (like a pie). Starting at wide edge, roll up toward point. Curve ends slightly. Place on greased cookie sheet pint side down about 2" apart. Repeat with the remaining dough. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled (about 1 hour). Preheat oven to 350º and bake 15-20 minutes or until light brown.
