1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1-1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1-1/4 tsp. Cavenders Greek seasoning
or 1/2 tsp. each salt / pepper / garlic powder
16 oz. tater tots (frozen)

Brown ground beef in skillet with onion; drain and add seasonings. Pour in to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour soup over beef, then spread cheese over the soup. Layer top with tater tots. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes or until tots are golden brown.
