2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 package of rolls in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust. Place second package of rolls over cheese mix to form top crust. Beat egg white until frothy. Spread over top crust. Mix cinnamon, 1/2 c. sugar and nuts. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over top crust.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
