1 yellow cake mix (with pudding)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 small can mandarin oranges with juice


Topping:
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Putt all ingredients for the cake in a large mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Bake at 325º for 35 minutes in a greased pan. Cool.

Bead dry pudding mix and pineapple (with juice) until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Cake can be baked the day before, but wait until the day you plan to serve it to put on the topping.
