2 large Granny Smith apples
1 (8 count) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 cup orange juice
6 tbsp. margarine 
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Peel and core apples; cut into fourths. 
Unroll and separate rolls. 
Place 1 apple piece in each triangle. 
Wrap and seal. Place in a 2 quart baking dish. 
Combine orange juice, sugar and margarine in pan. 
Heat until margarine is melted. Pour over apples. 
Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. 
Spoon pan juices over dumplings. Serve with ice cream if desired.
