1/4 - 1/2 c. Sugar
3 Eggs
3 T. Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 T. Butter, melted
13 oz. ca of Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Using electric mixer, beat all ingredients EXCEPT milk until well blended. All milk. Pour into greased & floured 9" pie plate. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.

For Peach or Apricot Custard Pie: Use greased & floured 10" pie pan. Pour milk mixture into the pan. Arrange drained canned or fresh fruit, rounded side up in pan. (6 or 8 halves - depending on size) Bake as directed.
