Veggie Mix:
1 bunch broccoli
2 small zucchini
1/2 lb. asparagus (or string beans)
Wash, trim, and blanch until crisp/tender, Drain
Shrimp Mix:
Saute 1 1/2 chopped clove garlic in 1/4 cup olive oil for 2 minutes.
Add 2 lb. cooked shrimp-peeled and deveined (you may substitute cooked chicken tenders)
Stir in 1 basket halved cherry tomatoes,
Add 1 tbsp. basil, 1tbsp. parsley, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tbsp. black pepper, 1/4 tbsp. red pepper, and 1/2 cup frozen peas.

Cook 1 lb. linguine, drain and set aside,
Melt 1/2 stick butter, stir in 3/4 cup heavy cream and 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
Cook over medium heat and stir until smooth.
Add to noodles and toss gently.
Stir in veggie and shrimp mixes.
