1 box marble cake mix
2 containers of 15 oz ricotta cheese(fat free is fine)
3/4 cup sugar,
4 eggs,
1 tsp. vanilla,
Topping-
1 4 oz pkg. instant chocolate pudding beaten on low speed with only 1 cup of milk (skim is fine)
4-5 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Make cake according to directions and pour into a 9x13 greased pan.(Marbelize)
Beat together ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Pour or spoon over batter and spread gently on top,
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
Blend chocolate pudding mix with Cool Whip and spread on top of cake.
