3 lb. Hamburger
1 1/2 c. Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 c. Milk
3 Eggs
Salt & Pepper &/or Garlic to Taste

Sauce:
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Press into jelly roll pan. Chill overnight. Cut into serving-size pieces. Wrap & freeze or prepare now. Roll the meat in flour. Brown in skillet in shortening. Remove & drain fat. Return meat to skillet.

Mix the soup and milk for the sauce. Pour over the meat. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes.
