2 pounds Penne pasta.
3/4 pound of butter,
1 1/2 tsp. of red pepper,
1 cup vodka
42 oz mashed canned plum tomatoes (or crushed tomatoes)
18 oz. heavy cream
3 tsp. salt,
2 cups Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add pepper and vodka.
Simmer for 2 minutes,
Add tomatoes and add to mixture.
Cook on high for 5 minutes,
Add heavy cream and salt and cook on high for another 5 minutes
Toss with Penne, then add Parmesan cheese.
Cover and let sit about 10 minutes.
Toss again and serve.
