4-6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing
1/4 c. margarine or butter, cut in chunks
1 1/2 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix together stuffing mix, water, and margarine and set aside. Place chicken breasts in bottom of a 9x13 in. baking dish. Combine soup and sour cream and spread over chicken. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
