12 oz. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 box frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:

Mix all together and heat. Serve in a mini crock-pot with crackers or tortilla chips.
