Sea Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking pan with foil. Wash potatoes and cut into wedges w/peelings. Pour olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Bake on 450 degrees for 15 min. or until done. I usually cover w/foil for a little while, then uncover to brown.
