Ingredients:  
1 pkg saltine crackers
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup butter (do not use substitute)
1-12 oz package milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line large cookie sheet with foil. Line crackers up so they touch.
Cook sugar and butter. After it starts to boil for 3 minutes, pour mixture over crackers. Bake for 10 minutes in 400 degree oven. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chips over mixture. Return to oven for a few seconds until chips melt.
Put in refrigerator until cool. Break into small pieces.
