1 - 1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cubed
1 tsp garlic powder
6 tbsp Soya sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp crushed chili peppers
4 - 5 bacon slices, cut in 1/2” strips
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 c. celery chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, diced
500 g. cooked noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 7 ingredients in a plastic bag. Let set 1 hr., kneading every 20 min. to let the flavours mingle.
Cover bottom of skillet with cooking oil; fry pork mixture 20 min. Add 1/2 the vegetables. Cook until soft. Add remaining vegetables. Heat through. (If you don’t like crunchy vegetables add them all at once).
Add noodles & toss to coat. Serve with garlic bread.

Add more Soya sauce if you want a thinner sauce.
Cook extra bacon to crumble on top for a bonus.
