Bag of Romaine lettuce
Frozen, deveined, cooked medium shrimp
Sugar pea pods
Small, grape tomatoes
1-2 frozen cilantro cubes
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fill bowl with desired amount of Romaine lettuce. Take a sharp scissors, and cut the lettuce into 1/2" pieces. Thaw desired amount of shrimp and drain or pat dry. Cut sugar pea pods into 1/2" pieces. Throw in whole, small grape tomatoes. Thaw cilantro cube(s) and use fingers to separate over salad. Use hands to rub salad with enough olive oil, salt, and pepper to make shrimp and vegetables shiny.

Salad keeps in refrigerator. Mixture is also good in whole wheat pita bread. Cilantro cubes are available at Trader Joe's.
