Directions:
Cream together oleo, oil, sugars and eggs. Then add almond extract, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix again until fluffy. Gradually add flour. (Add a little, mix, add a little more flour, mix, until you've added it all).
Scoop onto ungreased baking sheet (about the size of a golf ball or smaller).
Using a saucer and a glass, gently press the cookie dough down using the bottom of the glass that you've dipped in the saucer of powdered sugar.
Bake at 325º for 10-12 minutes.

Frosting:
2 sticks of oleo
1 bag powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
Some canned Carnation milk (1 tsp. at a time)

Mix oleo, powdered sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Add the Carnation milk 1 tsp at a time until you get the right consistency. You want the frosting to be spreadable, not runny. Frost cookies and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
