9 Medium Potatoes (about 3 lbs)
1 Package (16 oz) Velveeta Cheese; cubed
1 c. chopped Onion
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled; divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and cool. Peel and cube potatoes; combine with cheese, onion , miracle whip and half of the bacon in a large bowl. Spoon into a 9 X 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes until top begins to brown.
