Personal Notes:
This is a traditional refreshing summer cocktail that is drank in Southern France. It is licorice-flavoured, so for those who find the taste unpleasant, avoidance is suggested. However, it does make a wonderful apéritif during the summer. Lightly sweet and cool. Goes wonderful with a picnic replete with baguettes, cheese and figs.
