4 Chicken Breasts- boil until cooked- diced into bite size pieces
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Lemon Pepper to taste
2 Cans Cream of Celery Soup
1/4 c. Onion, diced
2 cups Celery, diced
1 c. Miracle Whip
4 Hard Boiled Eggs- cut into small pieces
2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 c. Almond Slivers
1 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Crushed Plain Potato Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the cheese and chips. Place in a 9 X 13 casserole dish. Bake for 10 minutes, uncovered. Top warm casserole with a layer of cheese and enough crushed potato chips to lightly cover the cheese layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes uncovered until done.
