4 brats skinned and simmered into pieces
4 large onions chopped
1 hot pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped
4 garlic toes chopped
1 qt. tomato juice
1/4 c. catsup
3 T. dried parsley
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt and pepper each
1 1/2 cup raw rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions, peppers, garlic, simmer until fully cooked about 30 min. Add tomato juice, catsup,rice, and seasonings and cook on low heat until rice is done. Stir often, add cream of celery soup.
