4 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar + 2 tbsp, divided
1 (8 oz) sour cream

10-12 graham crackers
1/2 lb butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Blend the graham crackers and butter to make a crust to line a springform pan. Blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar and beat with egg beater until creamy. Place mixture in pie shell and bake for 40 minutes. Watch carefully while this bakes. Blend 2 tablespoons sugar with 1 pkg sour cream put over hot cake and return to oven for 5 minutes at 450º. Cool completely on cake rack, then in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Be sure cake is completely cooled before placing in refrigerator and wrap tightly so that it does not pick up other food odor.
