1 cup rice
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cups water
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 lb. steak, uncooked and cubed
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper
garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice oil. Add water, tomato sauce, and steak. Add onion, salt, pepper & garlic to taste. Bring to boil then cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 20 min.
