2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
3 slices cheese
black pepper or garlic salt to taste









2 tbsp. flour
1 cup liquid (milk or broth)
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 cup cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, flour, milk, worchestershire and pepper and cook on medium heat. Blend cheese into the 1 cup sauce. Stir well until thickened. Serve over broccoli.
