1 pkg. German cake mix
1/2 c. Carnation Evaporated Milk©
3/4 c. margarine
12 oz. bag caramels
1 c. pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
1 large Cool Whip© thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour 1/2 in 8X13 pan, bake 350º for 18 minutes. Melt evaporated milk, margarine, and caramels. Pour over warm cake mixture. Add pecans and chocolate chips. Pour remaining cake mixture over this. Bake 20 minutes at 350º. Cool. Top with Cool Whip©
