2 sticks margarine
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. milk
dash of vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

1 stick margarine
4 T. cocoa
1/2 c milk
dash of vinegar
4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 sticks of margarine, add 1/2 c. cocoa and 1 c. water. Bring to boil. Pour over sugar, flour and soda mixture. Add 1/2 c. milk soured with vinegar Add vanilla. Stir and pour into jelly roll pan. Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Remove cake from oven, Allow to cool. To make frosting, melt 1 stick margarine. Add 4 T. cocoa, 1/3 c. milk soured with vinegar. Bring to boil, remove from heat and let cool. Add powdered sugar to mixture, add more if needed. Frost cake.
