1 (2 lb) pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes
1 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. dry minced onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Thaw potatoes. Mix first 10 ingredients. Put into a 9 X 13 pan. Mix melted butter with corn flakes. Put on top of potato mixture. Bake, covered at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake an additional 10-15 minutes.

Can cook in crock pot on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8 hours. Omit the crumb topping.
