2 T. oil
garlic clove or garlic powder to taste
1 sliced green pepper
1-1 1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage cut into 1" chunks
1 jar Prego three cheese sauce
12 oz rigatoni or other pasta, cooked and drained
2 c. shredded mozzie cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced pepper and garlic clove in oil in a large fry pan-watch garlic- that is why I use powder.
Remove pepper and then cook sausage until brown, drain fat.
Mix everything into about a 3 qt. casserole with 1 c. of the cheese.
Cover and bake about 30-40 minutes at 350º. Uncover, sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over the top and bake until cheese is melted about 5-10 minutes.
