1 can celery soup
½ can milk
4 cups of sliced red potatoes
¼ cup onion
1 cup cheese
1 tablespoon butter
salt an pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend soup and milk. Put layers of butter, potatoes, cheese and onion and pour soup mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ¼ hours.

We all liked scalloped potatoes in our family, but all the recipes were more work than I wanted to do. I then found this easy to make recipe from a friend of mine.You can also brown pork chops and put on top of the potatoes. If you have leftover ham you can put layers of that in the potatoes also.
