2 lb. round steak cubed and floured
2 T. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 - 4 oz. mushrooms (stems and pieces)
2 c. sour cream
2 cans tomato soup
2 T Wor. sauce

Directions:
Brown floured round steak cubes, onion, and garlic in skillet. Add other ingredients except rice. Simmer one hour. Prepare and serve over rice.
