1 14oz Can Chick Peas/Garbanzo Beans, Drained
2 Tablespoons Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel garlic and add to a food processor, pulsing until well diced. To this, add your chick peas and pulse until mealy. Add the tahini, lemon juice, and salt, pulsing again, several times. Turn on high and slowly add enough olive oil to your consistency. This can vary between batches from 1/2 cup to 1 cup of oil. Adjust salt to taste.
