2 lb. cubed beef stew meat (raw)
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 - 16 oz. frozen stew vegetables
1/2 can water
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 T Kitchen Bouquet© if desired for color
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a large roaster or casserole (with cover). Cover and bake 5 hours at 275©. Stir once or twice. Add water if becomes too dry. Serves 6-8.
