1 lb. sweet italian sausage meat-not links
1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
1 (28oz) can stewed tomatoes or Italian flavored, undrained and chopped up
1 (13+oz) College Inn beef broth
1 c. water
2 oz. sliced salami, cut into strips
3 oz. uncooked rotini (about 1 1/4 c.)
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions in a pot. Drain the fat.
Stir in the tomatoes, broth, water and salami and bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat, cover pot and simmer 15 minutes.
Add the rotini and simmer another 15 minutes-until the pasta is cooked. That is it! Sprinkle some cheese over the soup. Isn't that simple?
