1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. Wor. sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Moisten soft bread crumbs with milk and add to gr. beef, salt and pepper. Shape into balls and place in single layer in baking pan.

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil, then pour over raw meatballs.

Bake uncovered 350º for 50 minutes.

This is Sarah Steiner's recipe, but since she hasn't contributed it, I thought I'd share it with everyone! I love this recipe because I typically have all of the ingredients on hand, it is easy to prepare, you can make it ahead of time (you can even freeze the meatballs and put the sauce in a freezer bag and freeze it), and the meatballs are delicious!!
