1 medium cabbage (finely chopped)
1 tsp. salt
Let stand 1 hr. Squeeze out with hands.

1 small green sweet pepper chopped
1 carrot grated or chopped fine

Syrup:
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp mustard seed
1/2 cup water

Syrup: Boil boil 1 minute, add cabbage mixture. Let cool and place in freezer.
