Mix flour, salt, and butter in a large bowl until mixture resembles a coarse meal. Slowly add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, working the dough into a large ball, but taking care not to knead the dough. When not crumbly, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least thirty (30) minutes before using.

Personal Notes:
If dough becomes sticky, it means you've added too much water. It is always better to have less water than more. Before adding more, always make sure there's no other way to make a solid ball. The butter should melt slightly and allow you to congeal the ball better.

Take care not to overwork the dough or it will be too chewy and tough.

If possible, refrigerate all ingredients for best results.

Water MUST be iced water, and the butter MUST be fresh from the refrigerator.
