2 cups salsa, plus more for serving
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Kosher salt, or table salt
2 1/2 pounds boneless pork
18 corn tortillas
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, optional
3/4 cup sour cream, optional
1 lime, cut into wedges. optional

In a crock pot, combine salsa, chili powder, oregano, cocoa and 1 tsp salt. Add pork and turn to coat. Cook until meat is tender and pulls apart easily, on hi for 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.

20 minutes before serving, heat oven to 350º. Stack tortillas, wrap them in foil and bake until warm, approximately 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, shred pork with two forks and stir it into the cooking liquid in the crock pot. Serve with tortillas, cilantro, sour cream, lime and salsa.
