2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp Kosher salt, use just a pinch if using table salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate, heaping
pinch instant espresso powder, optional

Preheat oven to 375º. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and peanut butter and chocolate chips and stir gently until well combined. Pour into a greased 8x4x3 loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
