1 pork steak, my preference or 1 pork chop, 1" thick
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Place pork in center of foil & sprinkle with salt & pepper. Lay squash over top. Dot butter in center of squash, sprinkle with brown sugar & drizzle with honey. Seal up foil, folding 3 times on top & ends, but leaving room for expansion & heat circulation.
Place packet on baking sheet in 425º oven. Bake 25 to 30 min. (30 to 35, if refrigerated; 40 to 45 if frozen) or until pork is desired doneness.

Another favorite in our household. It's quick and yummy & no fuss if you make it ahead of time & freeze packets for days when you're not feelin' the kitchen. :)
