2 green peppers
2 red peppers
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
1 lg white onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 head of broccoli
6 cloves of garlic (yikes - I use less!)
Dry Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Oregano
1 tbsp. Basil
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp. Venetian Gold Roast Beef Seasoning or Knorr Beef Stock Powder
1 tbsp Seasoning Salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a bag (or bowl), shake to mix.
2. Cut up veggies into wedges and put into bag along with 1/2 c. olive oil. Shake to coat veggies.
3. Pour out onto a cookie sheet & bake at 350º for 25 to 30 min. or until desired tenderness.
