Personal Notes:
This is one of 40+ recipes I have from a cookbook a friend of mine created & handed out a her annual GOP (Girls Only Potluck) Party. It was an amazing way to meet friends of friends of friends and a wonderful way of handing on each woman's favorite recipes - at times authentically ethnic.
