1 Cup whole wheat all purpose flour
1 Cup unbleached all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Cup white sugar
1 egg
5 tbsp of milk(any milk will do)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 Cup 95% fat free cream cheese
1 Cup mashed bananas(approx 4 bananas)
1/2 Cup chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
2. In a large bowl, cream sugar and cream cheese.
Beat the egg slightly and mix into creamed mixture, add bananas. Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in milk, now add nuts and chocolate chips. Spread batter into one greased 9x5 inch loaf pan or if you have a 8 space mini loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F, until top is brown and cracks.Aprox 1 hour. Test with toothpick for doneness, nothing sticks, it's done. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and cool on counter.
