2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Juice 1 lemon
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups cake meal
2 tablespoons potato starch

TOPPING
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup walnuts ; chopped

Grease 9X13 pan, Bake350 for 30 min Combine apples,sugar,cinnamon & lemon, set aside Beat eggs, sugar & oil Add cake meal, potato starch & pinch salt Pour half batter into pan With slotted spoon remove apples, reserve juice Spread apples over batter Pour remaining batter over apples Combine topping ingredients sprinkle on top Bake 35 min Then sprinkle some of reserved apple juice over cake BAKE additional 15-20 minutes or until done
