1 cup mashed strawberries
1 cup whole strawberries
1 cup sugar
¾ cup water
3 Tbsp corn starch
1 tsp lemon juice
Food coloring if desired

PIE CRUST:
2 cups flour
Large cup lard
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mashed strawberries with water, sugar & cornstarch. Cook until thick. Set aside and Cool.
Add well drained berries to baked pie shell. Pour cooked cool ingredients over berries in pie shell. Add whipped cream for topping.

½ cup milk
Mix with hands and roll out
